Happiness and Your Health Find a happier and healthier you with a few absolute strategies. True happiness may be sought, caught, or thought, But never bought. Happiness is the aftereffect of being too busy to be unhappy.

Happiness

Most of us know deep down that money doesn’t buy happiness, but we don’t want to believe it. A recent study, however, suggests there is more to the sensation of happiness than just the perception of one’s appearance.

Happiness increases

Happiness lies

We can clearly love our children by telling them no, while steering them towards the path that will ultimately lead them to where true happiness lies. The danger in focusing only on the negative while neglecting the positive lies in never envisioning the possibility of greater change, improvement, learning, breakthrough, progress, fulfillment, or happiness. However, the simple truth of the matter is that the ‘art of happiness lies in you’.

We need to actualize this eternal truth ourselves – that the art of happiness lies in us.

Happiness comes

We now believe that money is the key to happiness. So customer satisfaction ratings only ever measure a customer “happiness quotient” with existing transactions. Encouraging your child to play is vital for his development as well as his happiness.

People wish each other peace, prosperity, happiness and a very ‘Merry Christmas’. In a world where money is the most important thing we need to survive, the highest calling that one can answer is the calling to become rich – along with our inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, we also have an inalienable right to strive for material wealth.

Happiness depends

Your future happiness depends on decisions you make now. Your happiness depends on your beliefs and attitudes. It will either put you into the mood of agony or happiness; it always depends on your choice of song.

Your happiness depends on your circumstances – whether you’re having a good day or bad day. Happiness in the workplace depends on not just doing your job well, but getting along with the your boss and coworkers also.
