Chernobyl 23 Years Later (PHOTOS)
23 years ago reactor 4 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine, near the town of Pripyat had shook the world with massive, catastrophic power excursion. Large amounts of radioactive particulate and gaseous debris were dispersed in the air.
