After the sudden death of Michael Jackson Evan Chandler tells the truth.
In 1993, Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and Jackson had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex, the boy gave detailed description of Jackson’s genitals. Now maybe for the remorse of his death Chandler decides to tell us the truth. “I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now i can’t tell Michael how much i’m sorry and if he will forgive me”. Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things, “If I go through with this, I win big-time. There”s no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever”.
Under the influence of a controversial father (Jordan Chandler) told his son to tell that Jackson had touched his penis. Jordan Chandler then told a psychiatrist and later police that he and Jackson had engaged in acts of kissing, masturbation and oral sex, as well as giving a detailed description of what he alleged were the singer’s genitals.

This is why victims don’t talk. They know full well that they won’t be believed and will have their names and reputations dragged through the mud. It happens every time any rape victim speaks up, and spreading false stories like this doesn’t help matters.

Whether this story is a hoax or not, it does not dispute that fact that an “accused” is deemed “guilty” until proven innocent in our society. When in fact our constitution states the reverse.
If the accusation is revealed as being false, then how does the real “victim” get back what’s taken from them.
I agree with SeekerOfTheTruth. Anybody can accuse anybody, doesnt mean its true. You’re going to have alot more accusers than your average person when you’re at the top for so long.
This article should be fixed by the way. In one line it says “Evan Chandler” while in another line it says “Jordan Chandler”.

ok, Michael actually lived with Jordan and his mother. He took Jordan everywhere, EVERYWHERE… They held hands, they hugged and kissed in public. Jordan didn’t want to charge Micheal because he LOVED him, They were in love with each other. Micheal bought Jordan and his mother lots of clothing and groceries and bling. Micheal at the time even called Jordan his boyfriend. Evan Chandler wanted to make money off it. He made Jordan say he was sexually molested. Although yes they have had sex but it was willing between Micheal and Jordan.
Jordan told the police that masturbated together, acts of hugging and kissing. Jordan also told police descriptions of Micheal Jacksons penis, which turned out very accurate.
either way Micheal is a creep, Micheal and Jordan were a couple in love. That is wrong…
I feel sorry for Micheal’s passing but I do believe Micheal got off too easy. He was a sick man, he should have been locked behind bars.

One more thing, There is no evidence stating that Jordan admitted he lied about Micheal Jackson… If there is there was nothing on TV and there was no real report coming from Jordan Chandler. People are in grieving stages about Micheals death and will believe or want to believe in anything that someone makes up, like the article you made here. Jordan never admitted anything either than he loved Micheal and that they played with each others body parts…

just go to wikipedia.com and type in michael jackson and then scroll down to the 2004-2005 molestation accusations against michael and below that there is the JC Penny part that speaks about how the Gavin Arviso family (’05 accussers) Mom, dad, Gavin and his sister, were caught in 1998, together shoplifting and how the mother later on after her arrest made accusations of the security guards sexually assulting and beating her, and JC Penny settled out of court with them eventually for $135.000.00 dollars!!!! THIS IS FACT! Draw your own conclusions, some people are just low low low! R.I.P. Michael, you were a genious and a good man…Gavin and Jordan are now the men in the mirror!

Michael Jackson DID NOT pay that jordan kid and his family. Michael jacksons insurance company did. Michael Jackson and his lawyers were more than willing to go to court to fight the allegations but the insurance company decided they wanted to settle AGAINST michael Jacksons wishes.

I hope that the old saying “What one says speaks volumes about their character” does have exceptions as your posting is misinformed, very judgmental, and seems ignorant. First, you obviously did not research the facts of Jackson’s molestation cases, only personal accounts from the alleged victim. If you did, you would have surmised that the objective evidence in no way substantiated the alleged victim’s claims.
Secondly, Jackson did fight the case in criminal court and was acquitted. Criminal court and civil court are quit different because the burden of proof by the plaintiff is much lower in civil court. Furthermore, how can you really judge Jackson’s decision to settle a civil claim out of court when the whole ordeal was so costly up to that point (and could cost Jackson a lot more?) Also, applying your theory, why did the alleged victim settle the case, shouldn’t he have fought to the end?
Lastly, you seem so quick to rush to judgment and believe that Jackson is guilty and refuse to believe the possibility that the alleged victim’s father was motivated by money–as if a person lying and scheming for money isn’t a common occurrence. I would be remiss if I did not state that I found your evaluation of the relationship disturbing. The way that you described their relationship of being in love and having sex as if this instead were normal (between a minor and adult) are unsettling. When this dynamic does occur, it is viewed as unhealthy, it is detrimental to romanticize this in any way. Please feel free to comment back.
