i bought my first house about 5 moths ago and 2 twice now i have had someone in a car taking pics of my house i am sitting in my truck i just got home, i live in the mountains on a dirt rode in a little neighborhood. i see a white truck parked at the edge of my drive way. and ask whats up, and the guy in the passenger seat very defense and rude said that it is the usa. and the driver had a camera . then they went to leave . i stopped them and asked them y they where so defense and what they where doing and the driver rambled off some thing about the county and real estate and how this will happen allot after u buy a house . but he still did not say why he was taking pics and i even said that i had no problem with that but it would be nice if u are lu Jit to say hi and not act like u are doing something bad and run when some one says hi this same thing happened about a mouth ago but i was in the garage and they left when i said hi right away

My situation has to do with a hospital. I was told that it was okay for me to go on hospital property to park my car there or go to the ER or to use the bathroom or whatever, take my meds, and chill as needed if I didn’t feel that good, and if I then wanted to be admitted I could, and if not I am free to leave. Several people working there told me that was okay.
Then today I get told that’s tresspassing, and it’s a chargable offense.
The only thing that I did that was remotely illegal was i had a picture camera on me days ago and I was taking pictures of many things , including in the hospital, and they gave me pep talks, and told me to delete the pics which I did, and if it ever happens again, that they’ll then call the cops, etc.
Aside from that camera incident, which IS legit, everything else is basically bs, and when I went back to talk to them about it, they were basically treating me like this criminal. They’re like “well you were told this, you were told that, so do that, goodbye,” etc.
Just very cold and almost nasty/negative towards me. When I went up to talk to one of the nurses about something she even went “not tonight, Brad, I have no time for this.” She knew be my name, heck they all do, apparently they’re all in on all of this, and I did speak to the main person about this all, but I’m still unsure on whether or not they can in fact press charges against me,..or not?
I mean they do have records I’m sure when I was there and when I wasn’t, cops keep track of that stuff, at least the hospital security does, and according to them, they tracked how many times I parked in the parking lot even if just to chill and take my meds (which I was told was okay to do.)
I feel like they’re TRYING to almost get me in trouble, or they’re thinking that I have bad intentions or whatever. I just sense ALOT of negativity directed towards me, and I’m getting mixed signals on what I should and shouldn’t do.
One person says “this is okay,” Another says “this is a chargable offense.”
I want to feel safe and secure, so what should I do in this situation? I”m sure nothing will come of it, it’s all in the past, but I still want to be certain.
1)Can they press charges even if it’s over tresspassing, taking pictures, even if it happened days/weeks ago?
2)What’s the best and worst case scenario if I do get charged with that, and have to go to court over it, etc?
3)What SHOULD I do about this, now in the present time? Should I call the main guy up again, whatever his title is, and just ask him if I’m okay and off the hook, or if they’re going to do something?
Because if so, I’m going to get a lawyer, and protect myself.
I feel like it’s all up in the air and I feel like they don’t like me and are almost looking for ways to get me in trouble. Literally.

Have you ever touched fresh laid eggs? I have never touched one from a chicken, but I have touched one from my bird ^^ it was really small and warm. My bird didn’t stay with other birds, so it was an unfertilized egg. I felt sorry for her, but I threw it away. EE!! your nearest video shop is at a Mac? (Both MacDonald and Macintosh are called mac.) I have never seen such shops in Japan, but I saw similar shops in Switzerland. People could rend videos and buy video games there. I felt something unusual as I had never seen such type of shops, but I think it seems to be very rationalised. I know video games and films go well with snacks (or junk-food) I imagine that many people visit finally both shops even though they were going to one shop at the begining.

I used to wear one when I took sports lessons in elementary and junior high school. However, girls have not wore them any more since some offences happened that nutters took pics of them, or stole them from schools.
I have met some Americans. I think the American people, especially Americans from Hawaii are VERY friendly! I think they are the friendliest I have ever met. They started talking to me when I waited for the bus. They (the most of them were eledy women) asked me “where are you from?” “Are you a student?” “why did you choose to come to Hawaii?” I liked to talk to them ^^ I have never talked to other native English speakers, Australian, Newzerander, Irish, Scottish, English and Canadian… in person. I think that they are as nice as Americans ^^

this is long… sorry…
My girlfriend and I met at work. I’m older than her, shes 20 and I am 26. We became friends and then best friends and then, we got close and well we are a couple now =). I love her. she loves me. We know each others thoughts and we understand everything about each other. We have a problem. Her family; mom and step-dad, don’t think a 25 year old should have a 19 year old friend, so as you can guess they don’t know about us even being together. there was a problem last spring with this guy she dated, 23 year old; he was a, well not a gentleman and took advantage of her to make things worst an angry friend of her’s was jealous of her and some how they both (angry gal n this guy) plotted to pretty much have her heart broken and humiliate her. he posted photos of her (photoshop) n male genitalia and the girl and her bf managed to spread these pics and also they slashed the tires of all the cars and key them too. By this point, my girl and I were best friends as she says, and I had just come back from a trip, the morning of this unholy attack on her she called and I came to help her. if you ask anyone that knows me, i am the guy people call for help. you call the police, my friends call me and then maybe the police. I’m Mr.wolf or as she calls me her angel. I cleaned up the mess made to the cars, got new tires, had detectives show up, on a Sunday, holiday weekend, had my insurance people show up, feed her cousins, two girl bff’s, her uncle, her little bro and her, and had swat cars parked outside her house on a 24hr surveillance n had the city, to put up a security camera on her street… I know people… her parents were out on a cruse and could not be contacted, but by this point in time her mom thought of me as this guy her daughter spoke too much to or off.
i guess she had a crush on me and i didn’t see it, plus i had a gf at the time. mostly the reason we spoke a lot was because i was having girlfriend problems and we would talk about them, the ex was a cutter and would do drugs. don’t worry i broke it off gently but i got her into this recovery program and a shrink. I care. anyhow, by the time the parents got back, Tuesday morning, she and her uncle explained what had occurred and how everything was fixed by “her good friend” “this great guy” “he was so understanding” “he took care of everything” her uncle’s words about me (she had me on the her cell when she was talking to them so i heard this. Her mother responded by forbidding her to see or have any contact with me and by taking away her phone n car. according to her mother, all of this was a plan set up by me and orchestrated by me so I could look good and sleep with her. of course this was never the truth and to prove my innocence i suggested there be a private detective hired. I provided the detectives and the private one with information an i even took a lie detector test too. I did everything I could to help. that is when everything was presented to her parents and showed how this guy and an angry friend had plotted all of this. but of course to her family, I was still a bad guy for even being a friend.
months past and her and I only spoke during work. I was promoted twice during this 4 month period and by fall I was a in charge of the 1/2 the store we worked in. we became closer and I guess people started to talk, like always, so it became an issue and our boss gave us a choice, either we both go, one goes or we end it, but we hided our relationship n this only lasted a month b4 we where told that they would transfer one of us to another store. so I quit and we became official. its been 6months now. her parents control every thing she does. she goes to school and then home and then she can only go out to pick up her little brothers from school or go to work, that’s it. and the phone is only to be used to call n receive calls from her mom, step dad and grandma. not even her brothers have the number. its like a jitterbug, its sad. so I gave her a phone, and we only see each other on her way to school and maybe on her lunch break at work and sometimes on her way home from school and work. its limited but the good thing is we live one block away, her family don’t know where i live but we see each other when we can.
the past two months, including this one, she has been allowed to go out with her cousins, not like out out but they can spend time. now these cousins know about us, they where there when the attack happened and she told them about how she felt about me, they know me and they know we can’t see each other. I have asked her if she could ask her parents if she could spend time with her cousins and if it where okay with her cousins also to say she spent time with them, this way we could spend time together. I told her if she wanted or felt unsure, her cousins could join us so it wouldn’t be a total lie. “they can bring there boyfriends too if you like” I offed to pay for the food or tickets if we when with them to

I am entering my jeep into a car show but it’s my first time. I don’t know what to do to display it or what to bring to make me not look so much like an ammature. I was thinking of parking it in cool places, on a rock, big hill, etc, and taking pics and placing them around the jeep. I also thought of bringing a stand so that I can drive part of the way up on it or something like that. Please help, any advice is greatly appreciated

I parked our van right across the street last night. I had enough space as theres a driveway right behind where i parked…so there is no car behind me only my neighbors car in front of me. Im very confident and more than 100 % sure i didnt hit it. She tells my husband this morning that if we dont pay for her repairs and deny her claims than her lawyer will get in touch with me and she took couple of pics that my van was parked very close to her car. Cmon can she do that for a silly scratch (god knows where she got it from)?????…I know she might not get nothing out of it since no evidence…but its going to be a waste of my precious time if I really have to go to the court…i tried to put some sense into her brain..told her dat we all get bumps n scratches on our cars but you cant just blame the car parked next to you..we all know about nyc parking….I also told her that we are nice people and definitely would have admit if it was our fault..she answers me “oh yeah..so how come i saw ur hubby smoking marijuana one day”..how the fuck this is her business..i never poke my nose into my neighbors business…i should be the one spying on my hubby not her!!! lol. anyways, i didnt have the energy to continue talking to her…so i advised her to do whatever the hell she wants.

I never drive my car in the winter, its not a great winter car. My husband just does the driving. A few months ago the car happened to need some muffler work anyway, so we figured that we could wait on those repairs until spring. They aren’t huge repairs. Anyhow, we went to get the car towed to the garage today, and it wouldn’t even start. Why? I know it sat for about 4 winter months, but how can this problem be fixed?

I am working on an application and need to understand how car rental companies move their cars from one location to another when there are too many cars left by customers at one location. One way is to give dirt cheap one way rental offers to customers originating some specific location. However, I am trying to understand do they use auto transport companies to do this for them? If yes how much business auto transporters get one average from such scenarios?
Also, do car rental companies have some sort of contracts with auto transporters saying they will move rental cars always or on demand basis?

I drive a 92 protege. I was giving a standard driving lesson, when, after a stall, the car wouldn’t start again. The battery was not holding a full charge, so I replaced it and the posts. I now get a much louder clicking sound, but the car still won’t start. I have successfully push-started the car, and checked the fuses. The car is old, but was running fine before the lesson, and gave no indication of trouble to come. Is the starter the only possibility, or does anyone know of another possible explanation?

I actually bought a new car back in Nov. ’02. Mits. Lancer ’03. Well, I regret that. I got totally ripped off. I am still paying for that car plus I have a balloon payment (the interest) coming up in Nov. ’07. I know I’m going to be needing a new car soon. I am giving myself some extra time before I buy so I can make the right decision. I narrowed my choices to 2 cars: MINI Cooper/ Toyota Matrix. I ask: How can I haggle prices down? How can I find out what are the taxes in my area? How can get a great loan with my bank? I think I have excellent or almost excellent credit. What advice can you guys give me? (The reason why I’m getting a new car is because my boyfriend is going to be using my Mits. He had to sell his car when we moved. We are both young and need some wise advice.
I can’t ask my parents for advice because they are dead.
I’m not going to get a used car because I’m going to look stupid driving a shite box.

I’m gonna travel with my mother. We want to plan our own tour, to rent a car and visited the best places, but not in a rushed manner. We don’t like the group tour.
i bought my first house about 5 moths ago and 2 twice now i have had someone in a car taking pics of my house i am sitting in my truck i just got home, i live in the mountains on a dirt rode in a little neighborhood. i see a white truck parked at the edge of my drive way. and ask whats up, and the guy in the passenger seat very defense and rude said that it is the usa. and the driver had a camera . then they went to leave . i stopped them and asked them y they where so defense and what they where doing and the driver rambled off some thing about the county and real estate and how this will happen allot after u buy a house . but he still did not say why he was taking pics and i even said that i had no problem with that but it would be nice if u are lu Jit to say hi and not act like u are doing something bad and run when some one says hi this same thing happened about a mouth ago but i was in the garage and they left when i said hi right away

My situation has to do with a hospital. I was told that it was okay for me to go on hospital property to park my car there or go to the ER or to use the bathroom or whatever, take my meds, and chill as needed if I didn’t feel that good, and if I then wanted to be admitted I could, and if not I am free to leave. Several people working there told me that was okay.
Then today I get told that’s tresspassing, and it’s a chargable offense.
The only thing that I did that was remotely illegal was i had a picture camera on me days ago and I was taking pictures of many things , including in the hospital, and they gave me pep talks, and told me to delete the pics which I did, and if it ever happens again, that they’ll then call the cops, etc.
Aside from that camera incident, which IS legit, everything else is basically bs, and when I went back to talk to them about it, they were basically treating me like this criminal. They’re like “well you were told this, you were told that, so do that, goodbye,” etc.
Just very cold and almost nasty/negative towards me. When I went up to talk to one of the nurses about something she even went “not tonight, Brad, I have no time for this.” She knew be my name, heck they all do, apparently they’re all in on all of this, and I did speak to the main person about this all, but I’m still unsure on whether or not they can in fact press charges against me,..or not?
I mean they do have records I’m sure when I was there and when I wasn’t, cops keep track of that stuff, at least the hospital security does, and according to them, they tracked how many times I parked in the parking lot even if just to chill and take my meds (which I was told was okay to do.)
I feel like they’re TRYING to almost get me in trouble, or they’re thinking that I have bad intentions or whatever. I just sense ALOT of negativity directed towards me, and I’m getting mixed signals on what I should and shouldn’t do.
One person says “this is okay,” Another says “this is a chargable offense.”
I want to feel safe and secure, so what should I do in this situation? I”m sure nothing will come of it, it’s all in the past, but I still want to be certain.
1)Can they press charges even if it’s over tresspassing, taking pictures, even if it happened days/weeks ago?
2)What’s the best and worst case scenario if I do get charged with that, and have to go to court over it, etc?
3)What SHOULD I do about this, now in the present time? Should I call the main guy up again, whatever his title is, and just ask him if I’m okay and off the hook, or if they’re going to do something?
Because if so, I’m going to get a lawyer, and protect myself.
I feel like it’s all up in the air and I feel like they don’t like me and are almost looking for ways to get me in trouble. Literally.

Have you ever touched fresh laid eggs? I have never touched one from a chicken, but I have touched one from my bird ^^ it was really small and warm. My bird didn’t stay with other birds, so it was an unfertilized egg. I felt sorry for her, but I threw it away. EE!! your nearest video shop is at a Mac? (Both MacDonald and Macintosh are called mac.) I have never seen such shops in Japan, but I saw similar shops in Switzerland. People could rend videos and buy video games there. I felt something unusual as I had never seen such type of shops, but I think it seems to be very rationalised. I know video games and films go well with snacks (or junk-food) I imagine that many people visit finally both shops even though they were going to one shop at the begining.

I used to wear one when I took sports lessons in elementary and junior high school. However, girls have not wore them any more since some offences happened that nutters took pics of them, or stole them from schools.
I have met some Americans. I think the American people, especially Americans from Hawaii are VERY friendly! I think they are the friendliest I have ever met. They started talking to me when I waited for the bus. They (the most of them were eledy women) asked me “where are you from?” “Are you a student?” “why did you choose to come to Hawaii?” I liked to talk to them ^^ I have never talked to other native English speakers, Australian, Newzerander, Irish, Scottish, English and Canadian… in person. My girlfriend and I met at work. I’m older than her, shes 20 and I am 26. We became friends and then best friends and then, we got close and well we are a couple now =). I love her. she loves me. We know each others thoughts and we understand everything about each other. We have a problem. Her family; mom and step-dad, don’t think a 25 year old should have a 19 year old friend, so as you can guess they don’t know about us even being together. there was a problem last spring with this guy she dated, 23 year old; he was a, well not a gentleman and took advantage of her to make things worst an angry friend of her’s was jealous of her and some how they both (angry gal n this guy) plotted to pretty much have her heart broken and humiliate her. he posted photos of her (photoshop) n male genitalia and the girl and her bf managed to spread these pics and also they slashed the tires of all the cars and key them too. By this point, my girl and I were best friends as she says, and I had just come back from a trip, the morning of this unholy attack on her she called and I came to help her. if you ask anyone that knows me, i am the guy people call for help. you call the police, my friends call me and then maybe the police. I’m Mr.wolf or as she calls me her angel. I cleaned up the mess made to the cars, got new tires, had detectives show up, on a Sunday, holiday weekend, had my insurance people show up, feed her cousins, two girl bff’s, her uncle, her little bro and her, and had swat cars parked outside her house on a 24hr surveillance n had the city, to put up a security camera on her street… I know people… her parents were out on a cruse and could not be contacted, but by this point in time her mom thought of me as this guy her daughter spoke too much to or off.
i guess she had a crush on me and i didn’t see it, plus i had a gf at the time. mostly the reason we spoke a lot was because i was having girlfriend problems and we would talk about them, the ex was a cutter and would do drugs. don’t worry i broke it off gently but i got her into this recovery program and a shrink. I care. anyhow, by the time the parents got back, Tuesday morning, she and her uncle explained what had occurred and how everything was fixed by “her good friend” “this great guy” “he was so understanding” “he took care of everything” her uncle’s words about me (she had me on the her cell when she was talking to them so i heard this. Her mother responded by forbidding her to see or have any contact with me and by taking away her phone n car. according to her mother, all of this was a plan set up by me and orchestrated by me so I could look good and sleep with her. of course this was never the truth and to prove my innocence i suggested there be a private detective hired. I provided the detectives and the private one with information an i even took a lie detector test too. I did everything I could to help. that is when everything was presented to her parents and showed how this guy and an angry friend had plotted all of this. but of course to her family, I was still a bad guy for even being a friend.
months past and her and I only spoke during work. I was promoted twice during this 4 month period and by fall I was a in charge of the 1/2 the store we worked in. we became closer and I guess people started to talk, like always, so it became an issue and our boss gave us a choice, either we both go, one goes or we end it, but we hided our relationship n this only lasted a month b4 we where told that they would transfer one of us to another store. so I quit and we became official. its been 6months now. her parents control every thing she does. she goes to school and then home and then she can only go out to pick up her little brothers from school or go to work, that’s it. and the phone is only to be used to call n receive calls from her mom, step dad and grandma. not even her brothers have the number. its like a jitterbug, its sad. so I gave her a phone, and we only see each other on her way to school and maybe on her lunch break at work and sometimes on her way home from school and work. its limited but the good thing is we live one block away, her family don’t know where i live but we see each other when we can.
the past two months, including this one, she has been allowed to go out with her cousins, not like out out but they can spend time. now these cousins know about us, they where there when the attack happened and she told them about how she felt about me, they know me and they know we can’t see each other. I have asked her if she could ask her parents if she could spend time with her cousins and if it where okay with her cousins also to say she spent time with them, this way we could spend time together. I told her if she wanted or felt unsure, her cousins could join us so it wouldn’t be a total lie. “they can bring there boyfriends too if you like” I offed to pay for the food or tickets if we when with them to
I am entering my jeep into a car show but it’s my first time. I don’t know what to do to display it or what to bring to make me not look so much like an ammature. I was thinking of parking it in cool places, on a rock, big hill, etc, and taking pics and placing them around the jeep. I also thought of bringing a stand so that I can drive part of the way up on it or something like that. Please help, any advice is greatly appreciated

I parked our van right across the street last night. I had enough space as theres a driveway right behind where i parked…so there is no car behind me only my neighbors car in front of me. Im very confident and more than 100 % sure i didnt hit it. She tells my husband this morning that if we dont pay for her repairs and deny her claims than her lawyer will get in touch with me and she took couple of pics that my van was parked very close to her car. I never drive my car in the winter, its not a great winter car. My husband just does the driving. A few months ago the car happened to need some muffler work anyway, so we figured that we could wait on those repairs until spring. They aren’t huge repairs. Anyhow, we went to get the car towed to the garage today, and it wouldn’t even start. Why? I know it sat for about 4 winter months, but how can this problem be fixed?
Im not looking for a new car, an older car probably but one that is still nice and usable that i wont have to fix up all the time. Im just now starting working at a job, so I want to make payments on my down payment. But i also have no credit. Any suggestions to where I can go that i could get a good deal out of? I am working on an application and need to understand how car rental companies move their cars from one location to another when there are too many cars left by customers at one location. One way is to give dirt cheap one way rental offers to customers originating some specific location. However, I am trying to understand do they use auto transport companies to do this for them? If yes how much business auto transporters get one average from such scenarios?
Also, do car rental companies have some sort of contracts with auto transporters saying they will move rental cars always or on demand basis?

I drive a 92 protege. I was giving a standard driving lesson, when, after a stall, the car wouldn’t start again. The battery was not holding a full charge, so I replaced it and the posts. I now get a much louder clicking sound, but the car still won’t start. I have successfully push-started the car, and checked the fuses. The car is old, but was running fine before the lesson, and gave no indication of trouble to come. Is the starter the only possibility, or does anyone know of another possible explanation?

I actually bought a new car back in Nov. ’02. Mits. Lancer ’03. Well, I regret that. I got totally ripped off. I am still paying for that car plus I have a balloon payment (the interest) coming up in Nov. ’07. I know I’m going to be needing a new car soon. I am giving myself some extra time before I buy so I can make the right decision. I narrowed my choices to 2 cars: MINI Cooper/ Toyota Matrix. I ask: How can I haggle prices down? How can I find out what are the taxes in my area? How can get a great loan with my bank? I think I have excellent or almost excellent credit. What advice can you guys give me? (The reason why I’m getting a new car is because my boyfriend is going to be using my Mits. He had to sell his car when we moved. We are both young and need some wise advice.
