While Debt Mounts, Couple Chases BofA Loan Mod

bearceBank of America is the biggest mortgage servicer in the business. And judging by Treasury Department data, its customers searching for loan modifications are the most frustrated. Through the end of July, it had modified just 4 percent of its most delinquent loans eligible for the government’s foreclosure-prevention program – roughly 28,000 out of the nearly 800,000 for which payments were at least 60 days late.

The saga of Ian and Megan Bearce of Glendale, Calif., puts a face to those numbers.

Bank of America

Today i am adding a new category to my blog: “Bank Of America”.

I am a customer of Bank of America, and i see with my own eyes how this bank gets worse and worse.
Beside my own experience, i see more and more news about BOFA, and they are far from pretty.

In this category i’ll be gathering such news, and perhaps the voice of little guy, who’s even  first language  is not English, will make a change.
